In Fishing Town ecosystem, players have ability or inability to catch a fish or another outcome, players may catch trashes which value less. Hence, players have alternatives between receiving  50% rewards or donate this amount of money.

When the level of money is high enough, community can vote whether they donate to Department of Fisheries or not. From this game, we all will be a part of oceanic care making it clean again.
